 Emotional Freedom Technique commonly known as EFT Tapping works to rewire the brain to bring both the body and mind back into balance by balancing the flow of energy in the meridians; these are pathways within the body along which vital energy flows.
 
Emotional Freedom entails building positive emotions as well as facing and releasing negative ones. 

An EFT session involves gentle tapping on meridian points while focusing on the problem. Every time you tap on a meridian point, while going through the tapping process and focusing on the problem you are dealing with, you are sending a calming signal to your brain that is rewiring it. 
 
It is believed that when you use EFT tapping to shift your unconscious beliefs and emotions, you shift the chemicals in your body and in doing so; you are literally able to rebalance your nervous system, your hormones, your digestive and endocrine systems as well as your energy levels. 

EFT is gentle and easy to learn. 
Once learned, you can continue to use it on yourself as a self help tool.
