About Me

I am a Holistic Therapist with more than a decade of experience. My aim is to empower clients to improve their health and wellbeing through the Energy Healing most suited to their needs.

Having initially trained as a Master Teacher in the Usui Reiki system, which I love, I was blown away by SourceSTARTM Energy Healing and trained as a Master Teacher; it has literally been life changing and my life has been enriched immeasurably through it.
I practice and teach SourceSTARTM Energy Healing, as well as Usui Reiki at energyhealing.scot in Aberdeenshire. Teaching in a calm and supportive environment is important to me to make students feel at ease as well as building trust; so I run small classes, teaching Level 1 to Master/Teacher level throughout the year at energyhealing.scot in Aberdeenshire.

I am a full member and secretary to the SourceSTARTM Association.

My desire to train in other healing modalities continues and I practice Emotional Freedom Techniques commonly known as EFT Tapping.
I also work with the Emotion Code and the Body Code which is a complete energy healing system devised by Dr Bradley Nelson.
